This policy covers this website only. Your Lakar Bina account, requests, quotes, files and payments are covered by the Lakar Bina privacy notice in the app.

Who we are

Rekatur Technology Enterprise (SSM 202603268423 (IP0633802-D)), Selangor, Malaysia, runs Lakar Bina and this website, and is the data user for the personal data you give us here.

What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: name, company, email, phone and your message.
• Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• If you accept analytics cookies: how you use the site (pages visited, device type, rough location by country or city). This is counted, not tied to your name.

Why we use it

To reply to your message and help you use Lakar Bina. We do not send marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this website for us: our form provider, our email provider and, if you accept analytics cookies, our analytics provider. They may store data outside Malaysia, with safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

Messages that do not lead to an account are deleted after 12 months.
