Post your request
Say what you need drawn and add your sketch, site plan or photos. Posting is free, and you see the usual price and days for that kind of job.

Compare quotes and hire
Checked drafters send a fixed price, the days they need and the revisions included. Pick one and pay Lakar Bina; the drafter is paid when you approve.

Review each version and ask for changes in the job chat. When you approve the final set, the drafter is paid.

What can I do on Lakar Bina today?
Owners, contractors, architects and engineers can post projects for drawings, and checked drafters quote on them. You agree the price privately and the drafter is paid on approval. Contractors can quote on building projects and suppliers can open their library from December 2026, and architects and engineers can endorse projects from January 2027. Join the waiting list to hear first.
Can I submit these drawings to the council?
Not by themselves. Lakar Bina drafters do not sign or stamp drawings. Choose "needs sign-off" and name your own architect or engineer, and we can draw in submission format so they can check and endorse the set.
How much does it cost?
Owners post for free and pay only the price they agree. Drafters pay 15% of each job they are paid for. Architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers join free until the official launch in early 2027. When you post, you see the usual price range for that kind of job.
What if I'm not happy with the drawings?
Every quote includes a set number of revisions. If something goes wrong, raise an issue before you approve: the drafter is not paid until it is settled.
Who are the drafters?
Malaysian drafters whose resume and portfolio we review before they can quote. You see each drafter's ratings and finished jobs when you compare quotes.
Is there a phone app?
Yes, from December 2026 on Android and iPhone. It uses the same account as the website, and tells you when a quote, new drawings or a payment comes in. Until then the website works on any phone.
How does the drafter get paid?
You pay the quoted price to Lakar Bina when you hire. It is paid to the drafter when you approve the final drawings, or 7 days after final delivery if you don't reply.

Lakar Bina is run by Rekatur Technology Enterprise. Building in Malaysia means chasing a drafter, a professional, a contractor and suppliers separately. We are putting them in one place, starting with drawings, and you pay only for work you have approved.
